Speaking Engagements and Workshops

We offer both virtual and in-person speaking engagements to help inform, engage, and inspire your employees, leaders, and other stakeholders. We cover a wide variety of topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee experience and engagement, wellbeing, and more.

Coaching & Mentoring

In addition to coaching leaders on their personal inclusive leadership journey, we carve out time each week for unpaid coaching and/or mentoring sessions, typically targeted towards people from underrepresented groups and especially people from the LGBTQIA+ community and/or from working class or lower socio-economic backgrounds.
